Good afternoon, my name is Marc and I work for a charity called Arthritis Action, I hope you are keeping well?
We are a small UK charity supporting those living with arthritis and I wanted to get in touch to let you know about the free services we have available to help support people living with, or caring for people living with arthritis.
We have a selection of online (groups held using zoom) for people to attend that we will be running every month, a series of webinars, a podcast, and also some online exercise classes, all free of charge! You can also find more detail about these on our website: https://www.arthritisaction.org.uk/
I am also available for presentations for clubs, groups, and organisations where I can talk to people about how they can self-manage their arthritis better, and what support and advice we can offer as a charity. Ideally these will be done online, but where possible they can be arranged face to face (as I live in Ely this is much easier for Organisations in Cambridgeshire). These talks are free of charge, but as a charity we do run off donations so should you wish to you can donate, but it isn’t essential. I am now taking bookings for the second half of the year should you be interested?
