Invitation to a public meeting on Tuesday 24th March, 7:30 – 9:00 pm, Shepreth Village Hall to discuss possible community energy projects in Shepreth.
You are invited to a public meeting with Shepreth Parish Council, in association with Sustainable Shepreth, and Scene Energy Ltd., a community energy consultancy.
There will be a presentation on the results of a feasibility study, funded by the UK Government’s Great British Energy Community Fund to explore opportunities to reduce energy and heating costs for the village (currently almost £800,000 per year)whilst at the same time lowering our carbon footprint.
